Get in Touch

To get started, you can email, text message, or phone and leave me a voice mail. I’ll do my best to respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

What will happen after you contact me?

First of all I'll let you know what session slots I have available, and we'll decide whether my availability suits your needs. If I have a time slot that suits you we'll be able to get started as soon as you're ready, alternatively I can add you to a waiting list.

Generally it’s best to arrange to meet at the same time and place every week. Sessions last for 50 minutes. We can either meet on a rolling basis, or agree to a fixed number of sessions. You may be thinking about committing to a long term process, or you may be looking for just a few sessions. We can consider this when we meet, and we’ll reflect and adjust throughout our time together, based on your needs and circumstances.

I’ll also need to get a few details from you before we meet, to help consider whether what I offer suits your needs. I'll email you a short form and ask you to return to it to me by email. Or, if you would prefer to share and discuss this information over the phone, we'll arrange a mutually convenient time for an initial conversation.

Once I've got these details, we can arrange an in-person session, an opportunity for us to explore your needs and expectations in more depth, and to decide whether or not we’re both happy to continue. Our sessions will be held in comfortable rooms on the first or second floor of a Salisbury city centre building, or we can work online using video call.

The price for each session will be £50. You can pay in advance by bank transfer, use an online link to pay by debit card, or pay cash at the beginning of each session. I'll provide you with payment instructions before we meet for the first time.

I'll also send you some more documents which you may wish to read before we meet. But please don’t worry if you don’t get a chance to look at them - we will also discuss these things in person. You can also have a look at them online here.
